I am Dan
Hi there!
I'm a husband, father and passionate photographer based in the beautiful High Peak borough in the county of Derbyshire, UK.
My interest in the arts / photography stems from my teens, saving-up for my first film camera and attending photography courses in the 1980's at the then named Erith Technical College, Kent.
Of course life is full of twists and turns and experiences that help shape us! Whilst the main career path led to operating in the entertainment industry for over twenty five years, my interest and goal to be a full-time photographer remained. Taking the plunge professionally has been a dream fulfilled.
My disciplines overlap; whether I'm capturing life moments to treasure, documenting and visually connecting unfolding events, to being swept away capturing the raw drama and emotional settings of a one-off special occasion, I let myself go passionately with photography.
